Desarrollar <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">coherencia entre las programaciones y las pr\u00e1cticas profesionales, utilizar instrumentos normativos<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\"> como Memoria de autoevaluaci\u00f3n, Plan de mejora y Plan de formaci\u00f3n de forma aut\u00e9ntica<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> y no burocr\u00e1tica permitir\u00e1 gestionar la complejidad de la innovaci\u00f3n. Formarse en metodolog\u00edas de reflexi\u00f3n sobre la pr\u00e1ctica dar\u00e1 sostenibilidad a las mejoras. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span lang=\"en-GB\"><b>Abstract<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Based on an actual case: despite the involvement in multiple educational activities and after putting them into practice at school, the students do not improve. In order to ensure the complexity of the innovation, there must be a coherence development in programming and professional practices, use of normative instruments as a self-evaluation memory, an improvement plan and an education plan authentically and not bureaucratically.
