RESUMEN<\/strong><\/p>\n

En este art\u00edculo se pretende dar a conocer algunas claves del concepto de autoevaluaci\u00f3n docente, su conceptualizaci\u00f3n e importancia en un necesario proceso de mejora de la pr\u00e1ctica docente. Entraremos en el objeto de an\u00e1lisis de la autoevaluaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como en algunas de las diferentes aportaciones al concepto de pr\u00e1ctica docente y competencias profesionales docentes. Se examinar\u00e1n diversos procedimientos e instrumentos utilizados en este proceso para, al final, exponer las\u00a0 aportaciones que desde instituciones educativas (esencialmente, la andaluza) se han realizado para implementar un procedimiento de autoevaluaci\u00f3n del profesorado.<\/p>\n

ABSTRACT\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

In this article we try to present some keys of the concept of teacher self-evaluation, its conceptualization and importance in a necessary process of improvement of the teaching practice. We will enter into the object of analysis of the self-evaluation, as well as some of the different contributions to the concept of teaching practice and professional teacher competencies. Various procedures and instruments used in this process will be examined to, at the end, expose the contributions that from educational institutions (essentially, the Andalusian one) have been made to implement a self-evaluation procedure for teachers.<\/p>\n
