Resumen<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Desde mi trayectoria como docente de educaci\u00f3n musical en diversos colegios de entornos rurales he podido apreciar lo importante que es para la infancia el dominio y aprendizaje del repertorio popular de la zona donde viven. Debido a estos intereses por buscar un repertorio que ilusionase a mi alumnado, encontr\u00e9 muestras de algunas de las piezas m\u00e1s representativas del cancionero de Ja\u00e9n, ya que trabajaba en el colegio de Chiclana de Segura, localizado en esta provincia. Debido a la calidad art\u00edstica de las piezas, comenc\u00e9 a ense\u00f1arlas tambi\u00e9n dentro de mi nuevo destino como maestra de educaci\u00f3n musical del CEIP \u201cDuque de Rivas\u201d en C\u00f3rdoba, acompa\u00f1ado de este trabajo en el coro de mi escuela, realic\u00e9 algunas entrevistas a distintos miembros de la comunidad educativa para averiguar su percepci\u00f3n sobre la pr\u00e1ctica de estas canciones populares dentro de la escuela.<\/p>\n

Abstract<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Since my experience as a music teacher in different rural schools, I have appreciated that the most important thing for children are popular songbooks. They enjoy learning and singing these songs especially if they are from where they live. As a result, I was looking for these songbooks. I was working for two years in a village called Chiclana de Segura, located in Ja\u00e9n, so I found some representative pieces of Jaen songbook. Years later, I began teaching these songs also at my new school called Duque de Rivas, in C\u00f3rdoba, due to the artistic quality of these pieces and the success with children. I have joined the work in the chorus school with some interviews to different members of the educational community.\u00a0 I wanted to find out their perceptions about these popular songs practice at the school.<\/p>\n
