Los resultados obtenidos afloran un bajo control sobre las emociones por parte del alumnado, mientras que los docentes no se sienten formados para hacer frente a este suceso, mostr\u00e1ndose interesados en el aprendizaje de diversas herramientas, entre ellas: el eneagrama. Las conclusiones revelan que, el sistema metodol\u00f3gico utilizado por el docente puede ser de gran importancia para potenciar la motivaci\u00f3n, la Inteligencia Emocional y la autoestima del alumnado<\/p>\n<h4><strong>ABSTRACT<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The aim of this research is to find out how Primary Education teachers perceive Emotional Intelligence, self-esteem and motivation in schools in the Region of Murcia. The results obtained show a low control over emotions on the part of pupils, while teachers do not feel trained to cope with this event, showing interest in learning various tools, among them: the enneagram.
