Resumen<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Nos hacemos citaristas, dec\u00eda Arist\u00f3teles, tocando la c\u00edtara. Esto es, aprendemos con el ejercicio. El presente art\u00edculo describe una experiencia de <\/span><\/span>aprender haciendo<\/i><\/span><\/span> llevada a cabo en la asignatura <\/span><\/span>Historia de la Educaci\u00f3n<\/i><\/span><\/span> Contempor\u00e1nea y Social, <\/i><\/span><\/span>de primer curso del Grado Educaci\u00f3n Social. Los estudiantes recorrieron su realidad cotidiana con ojos de educadores sociales <\/span><\/span>dispuestos a tropezarse con el dolor humano y a preguntarse qu\u00e9 pod\u00edan hacer ante el mismo. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Luego se aproximaron a la asignatura <\/span><\/span>buscando en ella fundamentaci\u00f3n te\u00f3rica para sus proyectos de intervenci\u00f3n, que fueron acometidos con \u00e9xito y reconocimiento.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Abstract<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We learn by doing, or as Aristotle put it \u201cwe become zitherist by playing the zither\u201d. This article describes such \u201clearning by doing\u201d experience in the subject \u201cHistory of Modern Social Education\u201d, 1<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>st<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/sup><\/span>\u00a0year of the Social Education Degree. Students were required to focus on their daily life, and be ready to bump into human misery and pain, in order to question themselves about what they could do to avoid it. Later, they approached theory in this subject, so that they might be provided with a sound foundation for their action plans. They were eventually implemented with success.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
