Su principal motivaci\u00f3n fue la mejora de la formaci\u00f3n del profesorado, siguiendo un modelo autogestionario y cient\u00edfico.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Liberation Sans', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">En el presente trabajo hacemos un recorrido sobre las principales claves sobre las que los MRP han trazado sus l\u00edneas de trabajo respecto a la formaci\u00f3n del profesorado. Nos centramos especialmente en el MRP Alarife de C\u00f3rdoba, el cual ha desarrollado una intensa labor durante m\u00e1s de treinta a\u00f1os colaborando con CEP, Ayuntamiento y Facultad de Ciencias de la Educaci\u00f3n y siendo actor principal de la Federaci\u00f3n Andaluza de MRP y formando parte de la Confederaci\u00f3n Estatal de MRP.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #c00000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Liberation Sans', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-GB\"><b>Abstract<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Liberation Sans', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">Pedagogical Renewal Movements (PRM) are a series of teacher associations which emerged \u00a0by the end of the dictatorship, in the aftermath of the New School tradition. Its main objective was the improvement and development of teacher training procedures according to a scientific model based on self-management. In this article, we aim at establishing PRM guidelines especially regarding teacher training, and \u00a0focusing \u00a0on the work displayed by PRM Alarife in C\u00f3rdoba. It is an organization that has been collaborating with CEP, City Hall initiatives and Science Colleges for the last thirty years.
