Pero el desarrollo de la capacidad de cambio en la educaci\u00f3n requiere nuevas formas de entender y de ejercer el liderazgo. Muy lejos de las concepciones del <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>gran-l\u00edder,<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> frecuentemente asociado al desempen\u0303o de los cargos formales de la organizacio\u0301n y a un perfil visionario, el nuevo paradigma propone li\u0301deres \u201ctransformacionales\u201d coherentes con la bu\u0301squeda de formas organizativas colaborativas, flexibles y en red, caracter\u00edsticas que apuntan a un liderazgo compartido que permita ejercer con \u00e9xito las nuevas tareas de gesti\u00f3n y direcci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Liberation Sans', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-GB\"><b>Abstract<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Among the conditions that require the innovation, the leadership holds an outstanding place. But the development of the capacity for change in education requires new ways of understanding and exercising leadership.
