A partir de la misma, se han analizado competencias profesionales asesoras <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">desde diferentes perspectivas, se indican implicaciones para este desempe\u00f1o profesional y se recogen algunas perspectivas de futuro. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Liberation Sans', serif;\"><span lang=\"en-GB\"><b>Abstract<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The analysis and cataloging of the professional competences involved in the multiple facets of action of the inservice teacher training, facilitates the reflection on their professional performance, as well as the possible transcendence in the change of the indirect teaching practice itself.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">This paper describes an experience with inservice teacher trainers of different stages and degrees of professional and teaching experience, belonging to the Teachers Trainer Center of Malaga.
