La mayor parte de su trabajo se dedica a la gesti\u00f3n de aprendizaje de los docentes y por tal motivo ha sido seleccionado su proyecto de acceso para tal funci\u00f3n. Como ejercicio de autoevaluaci\u00f3n nos hemos parado a realizar una cata sobre el desempe\u00f1o de esa funci\u00f3n, desde la perspectiva propia y preguntarnos c\u00f3mo se percibe su preparaci\u00f3n, el desempe\u00f1o de sus competencias profesionales. Mediante una encuesta en la que se invit\u00f3 a participar a la mayor parte de las asesor\u00edas de la provincia de C\u00f3rdoba se descubren algunas relevantes percepciones.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span lang=\"en-GB\"><b>Abstract<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Liberation Sans', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-GB\">The main task of a\u00a0teacher training advisor is directly linked to teachers&#8217; training. Most of his\/her work is dedicated to the management of teachers&#8217; learning and for this reason his\/her access project for this function has been selected. As a self-evaluation exercise, we have stopped to conduct a survey about the performance of that function from a critical perspective and analyse how their own training and the performance of their professional competences are perceived.
