RESUMEN<\/strong><\/p>\n

La salud docente se ve afectada a veces por la ausencia de una convivencia docente \u00f3ptima. La presente investigaci\u00f3n presenta una actividad l\u00fadica llevada a cabo en el CEIP Antonio Machado de Lucena (C\u00f3rdoba, Espa\u00f1a), en la cual particip\u00f3 de forma voluntaria el 42,5% de los docentes del claustro, siendo valorada de forma positiva por todos ellos, aunque el 55% de los participantes s\u00f3lo superaron un cuarto de los retos recomendados para un mes. Por ello se estima conveniente fomentar espacios y tiempos desde las administraciones y direcciones de los centros que faciliten la convivencia docente como pilar para la eficacia en su trabajo.<\/p>\n

ABSTRACT<\/strong><\/p>\n

Teachers\u2019 health is sometimes affected by the absence of an optimal teachers\u2019 cohabitation. This research submits a play activity which was voluntarily carried out by 42.5% of the teaching staff, in CEIP Antonio Machado (Infant and Primary School) from Lucena (Cordoba, Spain), being valued in a positive way by all of them, although 55% of the participants only exceeded one fourth of the recommended challenges for one month. For this reason, it is considered convenient to promote time and space from administrations and directions of the centres which should promote the teachers\u2019 cohabitation as a pillar to achieve the effectiveness of their work.<\/p>\n
