En escenarios con constantes cambios y ante la necesidad de conseguir una educaci\u00f3n de calidad y contar con docentes de calidad, resulta indispensable atender a los sistemas de formaci\u00f3n inicial y permanente del profesorado. Hoy en d\u00eda, el profesor se enfrenta a varios requerimientos que van m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de ser un experto en la disciplina que ense\u00f1a.<\/p>\n

En este documento se realiza una revisi\u00f3n te\u00f3rica y reflexiva sobre la formaci\u00f3n docente y se presenta de forma original la acci\u00f3n y la influencia de los agentes que conectan la formaci\u00f3n inicial con el ejercicio de la profesi\u00f3n docente.<\/p>\n

Abstract<\/strong><\/h4>\n

In constantly changing scenarios and in view of the need to achieve quality education and quality teachers, it is essential to attend to the initial and permanent teacher training systems. Today, the teacher faces several requirements that go beyond being an expert in the discipline that teaches.<\/p>\n

In this document, a theoretical and reflective review of teacher training is carried out and the action and influence of the agents that connect initial training with the exercise of the teaching profession are presented in an original way.<\/p>\n
