La mayor\u00eda de los docentes no son expertos pedagogos, sino especialistas en otras \u00e1reas del conocimiento. Para ellos, entender y aplicar las teor\u00edas del aprendizaje suele ser problem\u00e1tico. En este trabajo se ha procurado exponer de un modo sencillo y f\u00e1cilmente comprensible las teor\u00edas que explican c\u00f3mo y qu\u00e9 aprende el ser humano, c\u00f3mo estos conceptos pedag\u00f3gicos permiten entender los principios y objetivos del sistema educativo actual, qu\u00e9 metodolog\u00edas docentes y de evaluaci\u00f3n son m\u00e1s acordes con dichos principios y objetivos, y cu\u00e1les son las herramientas did\u00e1cticas a disposici\u00f3n del docente para mejorar la capacidad de aprendizaje de los estudiantes.<\/p>\n

Abstract<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The majority of teachers are not expert pedagogues, but specialists in other areas of knowledge. For them, understanding and applying the learning theories is often problematic. This paper exposes in a simple and easily understandable way the theories that explain how and what the human being learns, how these pedagogical concepts allow to understand the principles and objectives of the current educational system, which teaching and evaluation methodologies are more in line with those principles and objectives, and which are the didactic tools available to the teacher to improve the learning capacity of the students.<\/p>\n
