Palenciana (C\u00f3rdoba<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Resumen<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el presente art\u00edculo pretendemos mostrar el camino seguido por el CEIP San Jos\u00e9 de Palenciana hacia la transformaci\u00f3n digital, para, por un lado, optimizar las tareas administrativas del centro, la comunicaci\u00f3n interna y externa y la coordinaci\u00f3n docente y, por otro, para la integraci\u00f3n de las TIC y su conversi\u00f3n en TEP bajo enfoques metodol\u00f3gicos activos en que el alumnado asuma roles protagonistas en la construcci\u00f3n de su aprendizaje.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El camino iniciado hace ya siete cursos escolares nos est\u00e1 afianzando en nuestro convencimiento de que otra educaci\u00f3n, no s\u00f3lo es posible, sino necesaria, puesto que los niveles competenciales del alumnado est\u00e1n creciendo de forma significativa. Igualmente, el liderazgo pedag\u00f3gico y distribuido en que hemos basado nuestro cambio nos ha llevado al establecimiento de estructuras docentes cooperativas con altos grados de satisfacci\u00f3n entre el claustro de profesorado.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Abstract<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In this article we intend to show the path followed by CEIP San Jos\u00e9 de Palenciana towards digital transformation, in order, on the one hand, to optimize the administrative tasks of the center, internal and external communication and teaching coordination and, on the other, for the integration of ICT and its conversion into PTSD under active methodological approaches in which students assume leading roles in the construction of their learning.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The path started seven school years ago is strengthening us in our conviction that another education is not only possible, but necessary, since the skill levels of the students are growing significantly.
