RESUMEN<\/strong><\/h4>\n


En ocasiones se pone de excusa la responsabilidad jur\u00eddica del docente para no realizar actividades complementarias y extraescolares en el medio natural. Sin embargo, estas actividades son esenciales para complementar el proceso de ense\u00f1anza-aprendizaje en el centro educativo. En el presente trabajo invita al profesorado de educaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica a abandonar el uso de la obsoleta Autorizaci\u00f3n Escolar en favor del Consentimiento Informado Escolar; una herramienta m\u00e1s \u00fatil en la protecci\u00f3n de la responsabilidad jur\u00eddica del docente. Presentamos la estructura de un buen consentimiento informado escolar. Dicho documento tambi\u00e9n es v\u00e1lido para cualquier docente que pretenda realizar actividades complementarias y\/o extraescolares.<\/p>\n

ABSTRACT<\/strong><\/h4>\n


Often the legal responsibility of the teacher is excused for not carrying out complementary and extra-curricular activities in the outdoor. However, these activities are essential to complement the teaching-learning process in the school. This paper invites physical education teachers to abandon the use of the obsolete school authorization in favor of school informed consent; a more useful tool in the protection of the legal responsibility of the teacher. We present the structure of a good school informed consent. This document is also valid for any teacher who intends to carry out complementary and\/or extra-curricular activities.<\/p>\n
