Con frecuencia, se da por hecho que cualquier persona puede comunicarse oralmente con cierta soltura, sobre todo si nos fijamos en los profesionales de la ense\u00f1anza. La realidad nos sit\u00faa ante la complejidad del dominio de la comunicaci\u00f3n oral y de los mecanismos presentes en cualquier tipo de acto comunicativo. Junto al lenguaje verbal, no podemos obviar la importancia de la prox\u00e9mica y de la kin\u00e9sica. Resulta de vital relevancia contar con un dec\u00e1logo b\u00e1sico que contemple los aspectos claves que debemos considerar para garantizar un \u00f3ptimo discurso oral. El objetivo prioritario del presente art\u00edculo radica en facilitar dicho dec\u00e1logo.<\/p>\n

It is often taken for granted that anyone can communicate orally with a certain degree of fluency, especially if we look at teaching professionals. However, we are faced with the complexity of mastering oral communication and the mechanisms involved in any type of communicative act. Along with verbal language, we cannot ignore the importance of proxemics and kinesics. It is essential to have a basic decalogue that includes the key aspects to be considered in order to guarantee an optimal oral discourse. The main objective of this article is to provide such a decalogue.<\/p>\n
