Docente de la Junta de Andaluc\u00eda<\/p>\n<h4><strong>RESUMEN<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Los centros escolares son los lugares donde se puede paliar, ignorar o fomentar comportamientos hacia la diversidad de g\u00e9neros que se est\u00e1n visibilizando en nuestra sociedad, de ah\u00ed, el inter\u00e9s en la reflexi\u00f3n por los docentes. Se pas\u00f3 una encuesta no estandarizada en un colegio de educaci\u00f3n infantil y primaria, respondiendo el 55% del profesorado. Los participantes se\u00f1alaron que dedican tiempos en sus clases a la diversidad familiar y de g\u00e9neros, ofrecen variedad de referentes y modelos, y que las editoriales no muestran suficiente diversidad de g\u00e9neros. Adem\u00e1s, la mayor\u00eda de los docentes considera que las redes, formatos y medios de comunicaci\u00f3n generan confusi\u00f3n con la identidad y diversidad de g\u00e9neros, aunque es capaz de indagar y buscar informaci\u00f3n sobre el tema cuando lo necesita. Por otro lado, ning\u00fan encuestado reconoci\u00f3 haber tenido alumnado de g\u00e9nero no binario, ni haber detectado conflictos por identidad de g\u00e9nero en sus aulas.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>ABSTRACT<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>School communities are places where behaviours towards gender diversity, which are becoming visible in our society, can be alleviated, ignored or encouraged, hence, the teachers\u2019 interest in reflection. A non-standardized survey was carried out in a pre-school and a primary school, with a 55% rate of the teachers\u2019 response. Participants indicated that they dedicate time in class for family diversity and gender diversity, they offer a variety of references and models, and they also indicated that publishers do not show enough gender diversity. Furthermore, most teachers consider that networks and media generate confusion with gender identity and diversity, although they are able to investigate and look for information on the topic when they need it.
