Resumen
Un grupo de docentes del IES Aljanadic de Posadas (Córdoba) hemos puesto en marcha la experiencia del mindfulness en el aula de secundaria. El mindfulness ofrece múltiples beneficios en la tarea docente, tanto dirigido al profesorado como al alumnado. Nos hemos formado, hemos implementado esta técnica en clase y hemos recogido las experiencias para compartirlas con otros centros escolares. A tal fin, durante tres cursos consecutivos, hemos investigado y elaborado material en grupos de trabajo. Nuestra experiencia comenzó en el curso 2016/2017, con la finalidad de mejorar el clima de convivencia en las aulas
Abstract
A group of teachers from Aljanadic High School in Posadas (Cordoba) has set in motion the experience of mindfulness in class. Mindfulness provides teachers, as well as students, with multiple benefits regarding teaching issues. For that purpose, we have been trained in the basis of mindfulness, we have implemented this technique in class, and have surveyed about the experience to share it with other schools and high schools. Moreover, we have been researching and elaborating materials in work groups for three school years. We started up in the school year 2016/2017 with the aim of improving daily coexistence.
