RESUMEN
Con la presente investigación, se pretende conocer la percepción de los docentes de Educación Primaria sobre la Inteligencia Emocional, autoestima y motivación en centros de la Región de Murcia. Los resultados obtenidos afloran un bajo control sobre las emociones por parte del alumnado, mientras que los docentes no se sienten formados para hacer frente a este suceso, mostrándose interesados en el aprendizaje de diversas herramientas, entre ellas: el eneagrama. Las conclusiones revelan que, el sistema metodológico utilizado por el docente puede ser de gran importancia para potenciar la motivación, la Inteligencia Emocional y la autoestima del alumnado
ABSTRACT
The aim of this research is to find out how Primary Education teachers perceive Emotional Intelligence, self-esteem and motivation in schools in the Region of Murcia. The results obtained show a low control over emotions on the part of pupils, while teachers do not feel trained to cope with this event, showing interest in learning various tools, among them: the enneagram. The conclusions reveal that the methodological system used by the teacher can be of great importance to enhance the motivation, emotional intelligence and self-esteem of the students.
